What is it like to be hypnotised?
We all go into a state of hypnosis throughout the day, every day. When you drive the same route every day you won’t remember changing gear, stopping at the lights and indicating. You are in auto-drive. Hypnosis is the same. You will just feel very relaxed and we will have a two-way conversation. Hypnosis is science, it’s when you get a burst of brainwaves the same as when you are in REM just before you go to sleep.
Is there anyone you wouldn’t work with?
I wouldn’t work with someone with epilepsy, a personality disorder or psychosis. Or, someone who didn’t think this would work, were being coerced into therapy or didn’t feel that they would be fully committed to the programme and are not prepared to take the required actions.
What if there’s something I don’t want anyone to know about?
Just remember, you cannot revisit your past but you can review what happened. You don’t have to tell me anything you don’t want to. I am not here to judge. I only need to know how you are feeling. Having said that, I find my clients feel an enormous amount of relief when they confide in me. It’s as if a huge weight has been lifted off them and they immediately feel better.
Will I lose control?
No. You will be in control at all times. I can’t possibly take over control of your mind. If I could I would probably be hired by the Government. This is your experience, I simply guide you and you can stop at any time. If I mispronounced your name you would correct me. When you see someone on T.V being hypnotised there has been a lot of preparation work behind the scenes. The person involved wants to be hypnotised.
What if I can’t be hypnotised?
I’ve worked with clients who’ve had other therapies including hypnosis before and it didn’t work. I’ve had other clients who felt that they didn’t go deep into hypnosis because they were just in a relaxed state. I still managed to find out how, why, where and when they acquired their negative beliefs and they were able to have a wonderful experience and achieve incredible results.
Why is your method different?
I’ve had many clients who have tried many other therapies but still didn’t get to the root cause of why they think, feel and behave the way they do. I have a unique method and your session will be tailor made just for you. You will find out where your negative beliefs about yourself originated from. You will be able to review what was said and done to you in your past that made you think and behave in a certain way. You will then relook at those things through your adult eyes. Together we change and upgrade your way of thinking to better serve you. You will upgrade and make new neural connections and eventually the old negative ones will fade away.
How many sessions will I need?
If your session is for fear or phobia it can take as little as 1 session. I mostly work with clients over 3 sessions, which are approximately 2 hours long over 90 days as there are usually many issues to sort out. By working in this way, you are on a continuous journey, with my support, to thinking, feeling and acting in a way that moves you towards what you want in your life which is incredibly powerful.
What about refunds?
I want you to focus on everything positive such as getting the results you want. Thinking about a refund is thinking that you won’t get results so you won’t be fully on board and we are probably not the right fit to work together right now.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can pay over 3 equal payments paid in advance before each of your sessions.
What if I need help between my sessions?
I am here to fully support you. You will be able to contact me via WhatsApp and email. I may also suggest we have a Zoom call.
